what fundamentals should we choose before purchase of medium term stock

When analysing the stock of a company, the fundamentals such as health of the company, industry, economy of the country and globe to be analysed.
Further each element i.e. company, industry etc. needs to studied in detail including technology adopted, skills of the manpower, customer base, market share, competitors, SWOT analysis etc.
