08 January 2016 Dear Sir,

I have a master franchisee for a American company JERRYS SUBS PIZZA AND INC(www.jerrysusa.com) in quick service category for INDIA operation.I am looking to raise funds for the operations.Do advise how tp raise the funds.Right now all the contract are on final stage and what type of company we should incorporate.So that we should have not problem for the funding.

09 January 2016 if you need funds other then from bank then it would be better to go for LLP cost effectiveness and no audit requirement upto certain limit are good features of LLP.
