My query is as follows:-
If a person transfer a asset to his or her spouse then what amount shall be considered as adequate consideration.
Whether any monetary amount or amount calculated as per section 50c i.e. amount determined by stamp valuation authority or fair market value

50C is very clear and straight forward section......it has very little to say about the adequate consideration....it says...where value is less than...
