From executive director to director

There is change of designation from executive director to director in unlisted public company.


pls suggest which form needs to file with roc and which section governs this.

14 August 2013 There is no particular section for the same. However change in designation of director needs to be updated with ROC through filing of form 32 within 30 days of change in designation.

Kindly refer section 303(2).
