if you have filed tds return detail then you can apply for 16/16A file on traces.gov.in site and then you can download the utility and generate the form.

Login to TDS TRACES then go to download option click on Form 16A select Quarter Year and fill token no. challan details and their 3 PAN & tds deduction amount then submit.. request submitted then come again after 15 minutes check on request download where your Form 16A will available and download file and convert with PDF utility and take printout
