Please help me..........
Whether ST will be appllicable on Air\Ocean frieght?
If i charge an amount excess than the actual expenses, whether i need to chrage ST?
Please help me with the notifications if any.....

Yes you need to charge service tax for excess amount @ 10.30 %. Further details can be provided after knowing details of transaction in details.

My client raise bills for air\ ocean freight.
They have incurred Rs.5000/-.
But they charge their client for Rs.7000/-
In that case, what is the option left to us.............
Is that applicable only on Excess Rs.2000/- or entire rs.7000/-?
