Fresh registration under gst

03 June 2017 I incorporated OPC company in January 17 having nature of business as travel & tour planner but not registered under service tax as no activity was conducted in company so not bound due to no turnover in business but now can i register in GST directly or should i obtain service tax registration and then do the migration procedure.

03 June 2017 You can register in GST directly when your turnover exceeds 20 lacs no need of migration.

05 June 2017 But when i open gst portal and click on new registration they are asking for provisional id password so how to register in gst directly
