DEar Sir,
We have given a FReight in cash in the follwoing manner
01/02/2012 32500 ABC TPT CO
01/02/2012 31500 ABC TPT CO
01/02/2012 33500 ABC TPT CO
For this purpose we have takn Copy of PAN and Regsitertion Certificate of Vehicle whose no is mentioned on ABC TPT co Gr, the Owner of the Vehicle mentioned on GR of ABC TPT Co is diffrent, can this Cash Payment of Freight is allowable u/s 40A(3) or not kindly suggest
