freight of Raw material capitalise in Raw material....and the freight amount is not gone to purchase register....T.D.S is corrctly deducted
now the valuation of closing stock is included the freight Amt.....
whether this treatment is right???

Freight of RM is not effect in valuation of CL Stock. Freight must be taken in Direct Expenses.

but my client is saying that the freight cost is equall or near about the purchase cost of raw material........
so he is including the freight cost in cost of Raw material in valuation of closing stock.
