20 September 2013 In case Consignor is located in SEZ unit and lets say consignee is Individual/HUF then liability to bear Service Tax is on Whom?

As in case of such type of Services, liability of Service Tax is on Service Receiver....

23 September 2013 But say unit operating in SEZ Would not be happy service tax registration so how he will deposit the tax and file return of income
