what if any person open an office by putting their name as tax consultant and he don't have any taxation certificate or similar course certificate?
is there any rule to stop this kind of offices??

For mere tax consultant there is no prescribed taxation certificate is required, Certain cases STP registration is required to take for Sales Tax Audit.
