How to Complaint about fraud activity in services tax about an auditor..???
I have evidence to prove he doesnt have service tax number but he charge service tax to clients

WITHOUT SERVICE TAX NO. NOBODY CAN FILE SERVICE TAX RETURNS. JUST DO ONE THING TAKE A INVOICE ISSUED BY HIM AND HAND OVER THE SAME WITH NEAREST CENTRAL EXCISE AND SERVICE TAX OFFICE ALONG WITH A LETTER WITH WORDING AS FOLLOW
PLEASE FIND ATTACHED INVOICE RAISED BY .....................MR....... AS A TOKEN OF PROOF WHO IS CHARGING SERVICE TAX ON ALL THE INVOICES RAISED BY HIM BUT HE IS NOT REGISTERED WITH SERVICE TAX DEPTT.
KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST HIM
