Its related to Trust.... according to me ... Trust are not permitted to invest in Equity and Equity scheme......they can onlyy investe in notified scheme...this notification is done by the State governement only and will be applicable for the tust cover under the jurisdiction of the particular state.....

Notified mutual fund means it is notified by the SEBI. Thats it. Nothing else
