Franking of form 102

22 February 2021 I got the message from the ICAI '' The form has sent back to user by the regional office in order to complete the non-compliance with remarks. Kindly execute the 102 deed on non judicial stamp paper or franking with correct execution date (deed should be executed with in 30 days from the date of commencement) and upload through ssp portal '' My doubt is what is franking and what date i have to mention Plz help me to resolve the issue because iam fear about my CA final attempt may delay because of non submission

23 February 2021 Franking is a technique of printing a mark on a document indicating that the stamp duty is already paid. Franking machines are installed in Sub-Registrar offices. On receipt of the stamp duty, the authorized officer franks the document and returns it to the applicant.

Date is to day or thereafter since prior date is not possible for franking or for non judicial stamp paper (if not purchased earlier).
