Dear Sir's
We have taken 1 floor for rent basis.For that we have paid advance for Rs.100,000/-
( 1 LAKH )and agreed monthly rental for Rs.33750/-.
My question is RENTAL AGREEMENT TO BE EXECUTED THROUGH FRANKING OR Rs.100/- BOND PAPER ENOUGH FOR AGREEMENT.
PLEASE EDUCATE ME IN THIS REGARD...AS PER OUR INDIAN GOVT / LAW RULES...

The Rs 100 stamp paper rent agrements have no legal validity. You need to pay full stamp duty and get the agreement registered too
