Hi
I want to open an educational institute which provides Personality Development training to its students ? Can somebody suggest - Which form of the organization (a proprietorship , company )is it beneficial to form so as to reduce my tax burden ? What benefits can i avail under the Income tax /service tax?

I think at initial level proprietorship is much better because u get benefit of basic exemption limit which is not available to firm or company.
