Two foriegn citizens residing in malaysia are intereseted in forming a partnership firm for opening a training institute in bangalore. Can they form a partnership firm or only a pvt ltd company. In partnership firm, can it be a limited liability partnership?

Right query at the right time. LLP Bill has been passed on Friday the 12th December 2008. This wl enable to form such an Partnership which ws nt possible so far. U can see Limited Liability Parnership Act 2008 for this.
