Formation of Company stricke off u/s.560

Our one of client has carried out procedure to strick off the company. Bud due to some reason he wants to revive / for that company.
Can anybody guide me proceduraly what is to be done in this matter? Is it possible to form the name of the same company?

If the company's name is struck under section 560(5), the company can move a petition under section 560(6) of the Companies Act,1956 before the jurisdictional high court to restore the name in the Register maintained by ROC.
