My husband is software engineer.He is doing job in well known IT compnay.But he is also providing service like IT solution,consultancy,making web site i.e. project for Foreign cilent.As there is various projects are avaliable for doing work. Also there is lot of income. Hence his opinion that to form a company,but there is problem that he cannot form company in his own name as he is doing job also.And I am doing CA course at Final level. As he cannot form company in may name. There is option in our hand that form company in husband's mother. Is this correct? Also she is 7th passed education. As She is correct for authorised person to handle business in the eye's of income tax? at present day All business is handle by my husband. And can I show that I am handle business as authoried person as i know knowledge of IT,but proprietor is may husband mather. Give solution how we form business,what process should we follow, whose name is a/c opened detailly.

Pvt Ltd (one person company) can be formed in your mother in law's name, if you so wish.
