dera sir provide me link or formate letter how to prepare letter for chang of business place

If your VAT Return filling is online then you can apply online at amendments option and take printout of acknowledgement and attached proof for correction and submit to your ward and if it is offline then you have to write simple letter of address change with proof containing that old place is changed by new place in two lines and submit with proof.
