I want a format of a letter sent to ICAI for termination of articleship after one year on the grounds of medical

31 May 2016 No specific format create a simple letter in your own words, explaining medical reason is the reason for transfer and also attach your boss approval letter along with that letter and medical certificate as an enclosure

31 May 2016 That request letter only I should get it signed by my boss right? Or else any other letter from my boss..

31 May 2016 you can sent two letter one is from your side and in it you write that" i have already taken permission from my principle approval is attach for the record of institute is enclosed."
