It was felt by the Directors of the Company that for the entering in to new area of ________ there is need to arise as a new name. As the company is not going to operate its old business and would no longer be an associate of _______ hence it is decided to shelve the word ______ from the name of the Company and propose to change the name from ________ to ______________.

The resolution as proposed is recommended for approval. None of the Directors are concerned or interested in the proposed resolution except to the extent that they hold any shares in the Company.
