Hi, can any body through some light on the formalities to be fulfilled when equity shares are bought from a non resident? A private limited company is buying shares from 3 non residents and consideration is paid from India to non residents. 1) who has to sign the declarations? 2) Where to file the documents? 3) time with in which to be filed?
