13 December 2013 sir i have filed form32 resignation letter in a company but in resignation letter wrong company name has been mentioned, now what we should do, and please provide me a resolution for again efilling form32 with correct name of a company, or any better solution

13 December 2013 There is no option to revise the Form-32 of director already filed and approved with wrong details.

So no provision to correct Form-32 filed with ROC.

13 December 2013 CAN I MAKE APPOINTMENT OF THAT PERSON SINCE HIS FIRST APPOINTMENT DATE AND THAN RESIGN HIM WITH CORRECT COMPANY NAME IN LETTER

13 December 2013 You can do so, but the Form-32 which you have earlier filed of that director will be with ROC.

You this option is also good, but it is not a process of covering of mistake already filed in Form-32.
