Form26as/form 16a

My form 26as and form 16a show some amount which is neither due nor actually paid to me. Tds also has been cut on that. Deductor's accountant says it has happened by mistake and would be corrected. But no correction still even though a month has passed.Several telephonic reminders have not helped. Can I ignore this income and Tds and file my incometax Return by 31 july 2012(due date)? Wait till the rectifications are carried over. Meantime pay the amount of taxes due on your real income.
