Now Form is in re submission mode due to use of apostrophe.

Can we resubmit form with name Aradhya Food & Beverages Private Limited.

21 March 2014 I have searched in check name availability search engine a company having name Aradhya Food Private Limited already exist .

Still should i resubmit form with the above mentioned name.

21 March 2014 In your case ROC has not pointed out resubmission due to similarity in names, So ROC might approve this name but it will be the sole discretion of ROC.

Few Companies will similar names exist For e.g ABC Builders Pvt Ltd and ABC Builders and Developers Private Limited.

21 March 2014 apostrophy in the name is not allowed, submit fresh names Form should be resubmitted by 20/04/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)
