i had join in M.com before two days in open university.is it compulsory for filling form112.my doubt is it is compulsory for open university or it is compulsory only for regular courses.another thing is i had registered as article student before 1-4-2008

even if u do M.com in open university, u have to submit Form 112 while u r in articles period.

yes, any course join during articleship , should be take permitation by ICAI in form 112.
