Dear Sir,
I had filed form 32 of a pvt. ltd. co. for resignation of directors. Now, in mca website, track transaction status shows it pending for action since 7 days. As now Bank has ask for search report about including present directors & resigned directors. as it is not appearing on the site of form 32 filed before 7 days, i am unable to give them search report. so, is there any way to speedup the matter at roc? whom to contact for speedup the matter.

Contact the dealing officer in ROC or if you are not aware as to who is the dealing officer, then contact the asst. roc. He would guide you in the matter.
