Dear all,
I had Purchase a existing Real estate pvt.ltd.co, but the legal formalities( forms to be filled by co.) have not been complied since two year.can any body tell me what type of form now i have to filled and for what purpose in detail. (all about ROC formalities)

Form 20B(Annual Return), Form 23AC(Balance Sheet), Form 23ACA(Profit & Loss Account) and Form 66 (if applicable) need to be filed.
