Dear Sir,
please find the below new notification issued by the Service Tax Department regarding the filing of return in Form ST-3,
I request you to advice how to file the return.
In the Service Tax Rules, 1994, -
(a) in rule 7, in sub-rule (2), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-“ Provided further that the Form ST- 3 for the period between the 1st day of July 2012 to the 30th day of September 2012,shall be submitted by the 25th day of March, 2013”;

Don't worry CBEC has not released utility for filling Service Tax Return.
