06 August 2010 As per new form of ST1 of ACES

i am confused a registration of Proprietorship business service tax registration.

let proprietorship business name is ABC Co. and Prop Name is Mr. X

PAN is AAAPS0000E.

Help me how will fill in ST 1

pls clearfy that the business should be Applicant name of Prop. Name shoud be applicate name if prop name is applicant then where fill business name.

06 August 2010 PAN of proprietor will have to filed in the PAN and name of the proprietor will we there in the unit being registered.

06 August 2010 Yes,agreed business name will be proprietorship name
first your pan details & second Proprietor details where there is a raw of Name of Trustee/Proprietor/HUF :- in that raw you have to entered proprietor name. you can do it that after proprietor name, write in backet your trade name its not required but for your satisfaction.
