07 January 2015 If the same director is resigning from two companies at the same time that is on the same day, are we required to provide MBP-1 i.e. disclosure of his interest in both the companies?? Kindly suggest

07 January 2015 When director resign, he has to give MBP 1 to other companies in which he is a director about the fact of resignation in 2 companies.

e.g. if A is director in x ,y, z if he resign from company x & y he has to give MBP 1 to company Z about disclosure of fact of his resignation in x & y.

07 January 2015 alryt...but does he also need to provide MBP-1 to X informing he is also resigning from Y and vice-versa.
