We are a unit SEZ. When to issue Form I. Please let me know the detailed procedure for Form I.

Form I is A declartion Form issued by the purchaser to the seller under CST act for getting exemption from CST .
For Detail Please refer Sec.8(8) of CST Act,1956 And Rule 12(11) of CST rule 1957.
