Form i have to fill for ay 2013-14 for commission agent

27 May 2013 I have filled ITR 4 for AY 2012-13 as i am a LIC Commission agent.

I got My refund..Thanks to everyone who suggest me on this website regarding how to file it.

Now in For AY 2013-14 which form i will use? ITR 4S? because in efiling download option the only form avlble is ITR 1 and ITR 4S.

I just earn from LIC commission , so no audit and all.

just advice me this time also.

27 May 2013 ITR 4 is the appropriate form.

27 May 2013 But when i am clicking on the Upload Return Link on the E-filing website and choose ITR form NAme as ITR -4 then There is no option of AY 2013-14 to choose under Assesment Year.

AY 2013-14 option is coming only if i choose ITR 1 and ITR 4S.

So For AY 2013-14 how can i submit ITR 4.?

27 May 2013 I have just contacted to Online Efiling helpdesc and they said that it will take some time to upload ITR 4 and other form on the website.

I thought that from AY 2013-14 only ITR 1 and ITR 4S is the option.

Thanks for quick reply and i will file ITR 4 and as per last year instruction once it will be uploaded.
