04 September 2010 i have a trading business of glass bottles. i have supplied glass bottles to company under form-h . after filling the glass bottles they have exported their product. hence it was under form h we have not charged 2% cst. now my question is will my customer will issue me form-h or to my principal that is the manufacturer of glass bottles.

05 September 2010 exporter will issue the H forms to seller of goods. in this case forms will be issued to you. manufacturer has already sold the goods to you.
