i have rs. 5 lacs fd in the bank and i have given form g for all the fd? now if i make fd of another 50000 do i need to provide form g or as interest will not be more than 10000 pa it will do if i do not provide?

Not necessary as form 15G given earlier have been entered in your customer ID with bank.
