Dear Sir,
I have resubmitted Form FTE for closure of company and the Transaction status of SRN has now changed to "Held in Abeyance".
What does it mean and whether any action has to be taken from my side.

requested to contact your ROC office there may be any documents were missing in your form or any defect found or its for any casual reason which can be only solved by related ROC guys
