hey,
can any1 help me that in case of notice received u/s 143(1) of income assessment showing refund, but actually refund's check is still not received ,...
IN INCOMETAX THEY SAID MAY BE ITS MISPLACED & TOLD TO FILL A FORM.
so , IN WHICH FORM APPLICATION OF REFUND FORM IS TO BE FILLED...?????

You can give in writing a letter to AO for requesting for refund. To my knowledge we have no standard format

You can file form no.30 this is form to claim refund as per the Income - Tax rules.
