18 October 2013 I have 1 client who works in broker firm. the firm has deducted TDS under section 194J as professional fees.
please guide me, can i used ITR 4S and declared profit or whether i should used ITR 4. how this return will made.

18 October 2013 Ind providing prof services cannot invoke sec 44AD as per finance act 2012 abd hence cannot use ITR4S. File ITR4 in this case.

18 October 2013 Dear Sir,do he require to maintained books of accounts or only gross receipts and net profit can be shown.

18 October 2013 As per sec 44AA if gross income exceeds rs 1,20,000 then books as prescribed u/s 44AA is to be maintained.
