Form for Additional place of business

27 August 2010 Dear Friends,
i want to know which form should taken for additional place of business under MCA? I found form 24B,18 and 52 but all have not for the same.Kindly let me know if anyone found this.

28 August 2010 As per my understanding no need to update all places of business with ROC.

ROC is only concerned with Registered office of the company through filing of form 18.

29 August 2010 YES NO INTIMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS EXCEPT REGISTERED OFFICE. IF BOOKS OF ACCOUNT ARE MAINTAINED AT ANY OTHER PLACE THAN THE REGISTERED OFFICE THEN NOTICE OF ADDRESS AT WHICH BOOKS ARE MAINTAINED IS TO BE FILED IN FORM 23AA.
