f form is issued for interstate branch material transfer. its issued by consignee branch and submitted to consigner branch.
its a facility of tax free good movement to other state branch under central sale tax act.
further E1/E2 form are issued for third party consignment, for example, A from mumbai order B (Gujrat) to supply material to his client C (Delhi)
in this case B would issu invoice to A with E1 form, A would issue E2 form to C with 0% tax invoice & vice versa (if further goods delivery to another state)
C will issue C form to A, A will Issue C form to B
