Which state VAT ? Upload online details in vat portal provided you would have declared in your return f form sale. Approach LGST office of your jurisdiction.

It depends on state to state. Only your AO can guide you on the same. Do make a visit or have a tax consultant to do and check further on this. Chances are very less.
