Sir please tell me if there is any solution regarding already filed DPT-4 ,but the CIN No. requirement as per deposit act has not been full filled and someone forgot to maintain CIN No on declaration form.....please tell if there is a way to come out of this.

No need to worry as it is clerical / typographical mistake. It is (CIN ) there in the eform already.
