I recevied a mail form MCA for filing Form -DIN4 of the Director(s)to update PAN.

On uploading the Form DIN 4 - it shows a error- stating that PAN is already in DATABASE of MCA. Therefor IT can not be uploaded.

PLS. Aadvise, ASAP.

29 August 2011 Then check first whether there is a duplicate DIN approved by MCA in their system having PAN updated.

29 August 2011 The mail u received is only a routine one, send to all DIN holders.
You have already given PAN while filing DIN-1. That is why now DIN-4 can't be uploaded.
Inference is your DIN is already updated with PAN and no further course of action is needed.
