Please let me know, whether we can issue form 'C' to the supplier for purchase of computer / laptop for office.

If the computer / laptop will be used for support manufacture like monitoring the data of the product through computeriasation you can issue, otherwise you cannot issue form. For eg. Back office data entry or accounts maintenance etc.

C forms can be issued for purchase of only those goods which are mentioned in the registration certificate of the dealer
