21 September 2013 Form c is Applicable only whem there is interstate sale/purchase but i found a Purchase bill on which adres is mumbai joshi marg, selar address. and buyer is also belong to mumbai so can CST is Applicable And Can Buyer iSSue Form C?Please reply

For issuing c form the material should have been purchased from other state and physical movement should be there.
