Sir, Is it possible to issue form c for the FY 2006-07 in current FY.
Is their any time limit for the issue of Form C?

If you have the old C form Book then yes provided the supplier is in appeal. but this will not help you as the assessment must have been completed for the supplier and he must have paid the taxes and asked you for payment of balance amount of tax as unregistered dealer
