20 September 2011 Hello Experts,My query in vat act in tamilnadu,That
1.Every goods should be endorse in Form B declaration(CST Registration)if fails which goods sold in tamilnadu then what will be tax and penalties?
2.Now it should be possible to endorse in Form B Certificate?

21 September 2011 Mr. Sundar,
There can be changes in goods dealt,the manufacturing process,and the machines/generators required etc.which can be done under the same registration.But the same has to be declred to the registering authority by filing a revised form-B.The restrictions are only on purachse of goods not concerned and declared for the business.
