Respected Sir/Madam
Please tell me whether listed company is complusorly liable to submit Form-A with soft copy of annual report to stock exchange for unqualified report too for the financial year 2012-13 or may be sent soft copy of annual report with unqualified audit repot along with a forwarding letter duly signed by the compliance officer.

Yes, it is mandatory to submit the same with signing of all person mentioned in such form. It will be on company letter head as covering of submittion of annual report.
