Dear Experts,
As you all know a new form 9 is added in online filings of dvat portal, can you please let me know what is the use of it and how do we fill it up?

form 9 is for - Application for Cancellation of Registration under Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004
Along with this form you have to submit certificate of registration which is mandatory.
In case you do not have registration certificate you have to state reason for the same.
Other details which are to be filled in the forms are
Name
Tin No
Date of registration
Turnover details
Particulars of stock as on date of cancellation
